Delivery Charges


COVID-19: Please note, we are still operational for online orders only and collections at a limited number of depots. Delivery charges are as follows: 

Standard UK delivery              £8.32 exc VAT (£9.99 Inc VAT) 

The above fee includes the first 20kg of weight, and shipments in excess of 20Kg will be charged an additional 33p exc VAT (40p exc VAT) per kilo above 20Kg.


Delivery timescales are to working days only - no deliveries will be made on weekends or bank holidays. During the COVID-19 lockdown please be advised delivery dates given are as a guideline only as we and our delivery partners cope with a surge in demand. Please do not plan to start any installation until goods arrive.

 

Delivery Restrictions

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer the above delivery services for the Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and The Highlands and Islands of Scotland. These areas are serviced with a 4-7 working day delivery service and additional charges will be added at the checkout for these particular areas. 

 

Delivery

 

All items must be checked for any sign of damage or picking errors upon delivery. Should there be any discrepancy with regards to the condition of or items delivered you (the customer), must not sign for those goods and contact us within 1 working day to notify us of the error so we can rectify this as soon as possible. We aim to re-deliver all items within 3 working days.

Before booking your installation, we urge you to ensure the goods have arrived in acceptable condition. This will enable you to check for missing items, damaged or defects before proceeding with the installation. This provides enough time for Direct Plastics to resolve any problems or order any extra items required.

Signing the delivery consignment note will confirm that all goods received are in good condition and all items have been received as per your original order.
