For Buisness customers in cases where an order needs to be cancelled or returned, a 10% re stocking fee will be charged. Any return postage costs will need to be paid by you (the customer).
To arrange the return of any goods, you (the customer) will need to notify us via our contact form or call us on 01254 682 888 and we’ll provide you with our local depot address.
Please note that bespoke and cut to size items are exempt from returns under the distant selling rules.
Will be processed with 30 days ot the return and inspection of goods.
