Here at GAP Ltd we are pleased to share details of our gender pay gap as required by The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap information) Regulations 2018.
General All-purpose Plastics (t/a GAP Ltd) is a vertically integrated manufacturer, stockist and distributor of PVC-U and Aluminium building products. We operate over 85 depots from Inverness to Southampton, serving customers from small general builders through to large national house-builders.
The market GAP operates in is traditionally a male dominated sector, especially across our depot network and manufacturing divisions.
We will continue to review our policies to ensure we recruit a diverse workforce which we can develop, reward and inspire towards achieving our goals.
