GAP's Knowsley Plant: New General Manager

In just over two years, GAP has made significant strides in its manufacturing capabilities, establishing its own brand of GRP composite doors and bi-fold doors. Situated in a 80,000 sq ft manufacturing unit in Knowsley, which once housed the widely respected Total Glass operation.

The team at the Knowsley plant has demonstrated remarkable skill, consistently delivering top-quality composite doors and bi-fold doors to GAP's extensive network of nearly 100 depots nationwide. The exponential growth witnessed month on month required strategic reinforcements, leading to the appointment of Danny to bolster the management team and further enhance production levels to meet demand.

Danny, reflecting on his new role at GAP, expressed his excitement to be part of the Knowsley team and contribute to the plant's ongoing development. "We are committed to supporting GAP's depot network with high-quality GRP composite doors and aluminium bi-folding doors,".

Richard Lee, GAP's Commercial Director, welcomed Danny aboard, acknowledging the invaluable expertise he brings from his tenure at a large-scale manufacturer. Richard emphasised that the achievements thus far stand as a testament to the dedication and proficiency of the existing team at the plant. He expressed confidence that Danny's appointment as General Manager would bolster their collective efforts and propel the Knowsley plant towards even greater heights.
