GAP is CE-Ready

GAP, the leading stockist of uPVC Building Products, is pleased to inform all customers that we are CE-Ready for 1st July 2013.

In advance of the new regulation the CPR (Construction Products Regulation) coming into force on Monday 1st July, we can confirm Rockdoor, Homeline, Homeframe and Cosmopolitan Door Panels* are CE-Approved.

Rockdoor

All Rockdoor composite doors will be CE marked as standard, in-line with the Construction Products Regulation (CPR). This means any composite door we make (Front Doors, Back Doors, Stable Doors, French Doors and Fire Doors) meets European technical standards.  More information can be found at Rockdoor CE-Mark including all Rockdoors DOP's (Declaration of Performance).

Homeframe

All uPVC Windows & Doors distributed under our Homeframe brand will be CE-Marked as standard. This includes Casements, Vertical Sliders, Reversibles, Tilt & Turns, Residential Doors, Bi Folds, French & Patio Doors. More information can be found at Homeframe CE-Mark including all Homeframes DOP's (Declaration of Performance).

Homeline

CE Marking only applies to uPVC Cladding (GSL150 and GOV100) products which must comply with BS EN 13245-2:2008. More information can be found at Homeline CE-Mark including all Homeline's DOP's (Declaration of Performance)

Cosmopolitan

As a Door Panel* is only a ‘component’ of an overall door and not a complete door set, we are unable to provide a DOP. We can however provide customers the necessary documentation required to complete their own DOP. Please email sales@gap.uk.com to request this information.

All Rockdoors are certified by independent testing specialist Build Check.
