Eye Catching Autumn at GAP

Autumn has certainly started with a bang at GAP this year, with the introduction of 6 products sets that have already been very well received by existing customers, whilst also helping to attract new customers into the depots.

With almost 100 depots across the UK from Inverness to the Isle of Wight, GAP is known for stocking a huge range of PVC-U Rooflines and Trims, whilst also manufacturing PVC-U Windows and Rockdoors from its Lancashire base.

Our Autumn campaign got off to a great start with Firestone RubberCover, an easy to use 'one piece' rubber roofing membrane, being introduced into almost every GAP depot. It's allowed customers to save time and money by simply rolling up to their local GAP and choosing their desired cut to size piece 'off a pre-stocked roll' allowing them to get back on the job in no time at all.

Week 2 of the campaign saw the introduction of a product that was piloted in several GAP depots prior to its launch. The Easy-trim Cavity Closer proved such a hit in the pilot depots, it was an easy decision to roll out to customers across the country. Composite Decking from Composite Prime followed on quickly, a newly stricken partnership with an innovative and fast-growing company in the market.


To finish off the Autumn Highlights campaign, GAP went all out with new roofing solutions designed for its growing and diverse customer base.

Although an established product in the market place, Roof Windows by Easy-trim Roto have been introduced as a stocked item in many GAP depots for customers wanting to pick up a roof window for a loft conversion or extension, through to a complete new build.

Building on the roofing theme, GAP wanted to give customers more choice and more options in the booming roof lantern and roof light market, both of which are allowing homeowners to transform living spaces in their homes. The introduction of Sky-Line, GAP's own branded roof lantern, has been the talk of the town amongst our own staff and customers alike. This innovative Lantern offers all the benefits you'd expect, at a price point you wouldn't – a combination resulting in a vast number of customer enquires only days after its launch.  

To round off the Autumn Highlights campaign in style and set customers up with an array of new products to get their teeth into this year and next, we launched the Ultrasky Flat Skylight. This unique system from Ultraframe, one of the leading manufacturers in the industry, is both easy to fit and offers homeowners a contemporary skylight with edge to edge glass and unrivalled thermal efficiency perfect for the cold winter nights head.
